MATTER:STATES AND PROPERTIES

Matter can be in different states: solid, liquid or gas. We did an experiment to check that matter in liquid state has fixed volume but no fixed shape.

 

We pour water in different recipients.

The amount and volume of water (liquid) is always the same, is fixed.

 The shape of the liquid changes is not fixed.
